12-Channel Piezo Servo Controller

 E80.D12 is a 12-channel piezoelectric controller with high power, low power consumption and low ripple noise. It is specially designed to drive piezoelectric deflection mirrors. It can drive 4 piezoelectric deflection mirrors at the same time with a bandwidth of up to 5kHz. E80.D12S is digitally controlled by the upper computer and has a closed-loop control function.

The controller adopts a dedicated operational amplifier circuit to ensure the output capability of high voltage and large current. By optimizing the sensing servo module, the accuracy and stability of PI adjustment and control are improved, and the reliable anti-interference design ensures the high frequency response of the controller.
